NOTE! After you have sent an application, you will receive an e-mail notification of receipt if not disqualified. The whole evaluation process will take about 2-4 weeks and URL of your site is placed on my status page during evaluation period (closer instructions included to the previous-mentioned e-mail). After evaluation only winners are notified with an e-mail.
Please carefully fill in all fields. I can't manage with inaccurate
applications.
