Ethics Pledge Program
D
The Declaration of Ethics, applying to this Award Program, is provided by
The Ethics Pledge Program.
AWARD IEP
D
The IEP - International Ethics Program was created on March first of 2008
with the objective of certifying award programs that have respect for ethics and copyright thus going far beyond the privacy of applicants.
Award Program Privacy
If an applicant obey the copyright and ethical rules of this Award Program and
"Conceptanalysis, Language and Logic"-site and don't violate or infringe the rules and
qualifications of sites which are granted their ratings and classifications to this site
mentioned on Affiliations-page, any information about an
applicant or application will not be distributed to the third party.
If above-mentioned circumstances are fulfilled, all information about an applicant and
application remains only to knowledge of an applicant and Webmaster of this site.
The Award Program of this site also abide by the The
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of 1998 even though I live in
Finland:
"The Federal Trade Commission today issued the final rule to implement the Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). The main goal of the COPPA and the rule is
to protect the privacy of children using the Internet. Publication of the rule means
that, as of April 21, 2000, certain commercial Web sites must obtain parental consent
before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under 13."
Minimum age of an applicant of this Award Program is, however, 18 years, because I'm
not collecting any information about the family of an applicant. Also, the applicant must
be webmaster or/and owner of the candidate site.

Before you continue with your application, you have to agree to the following
agreement, which is binding on both parties, an applicant and the Webmaster of this
site:
An Agreement
If I win one of "CLL Website Awards",
I agree that:
- 1§. As a winner of the "CLL Website Awards", I'm entitled to
receive an objective, relevant and respectful notification about my achievement by
e-mail, with an attachment of an award image, from the evaluator of "CLL Website
Awards".

without a separate written permission by me, take a screenshot (with a resolution
800*600) from my winning site and post it on show to the winners' page of this
site.
See: 17 USC

- 3§. The Webmaster of this site may add my email-address,
mentioned in my application, by the information of my winning site, without a separate
written permission by me. If not, I'll notify about denial separately to the Webmaster of
this site.

the link is included to the image, but I'm justified to modify the code (with an
above-mentioned exception in the paragraph 4§.)
- 6§. As a winner of the "CLL Website Awards", I'm entitled to
include the statement of the evaluator of this Award Program to the connection of the

award image including a link back to award giver's site within 108 hours
(4½ days) starting from winning notification received. Any possible delay
will be taken into consideration by e-mail, in other case I'll be removed from winners'
list of this Award Program after the above-mentioned 108 hours period.
