Disqualification
"Conceptanalysis, Language and Logic"-site have achieved Internet classifications and ratings listed on the right hand side:
Because of these classifications, and with an addition of some representational and user-friendly criteria, we don't intend to evaluate sites, which includes some of the following material (texts, links, pictures, graphics, discussion forums, chat rooms, etc.). Here follows the guiding list of subjects causing a disqualification:
- Uncontrolled adult situations (including chat rooms or discussion forums, due to the inability to properly moderate against adult content).
- Copyright infringements.
- Age restricted activities presented or depicted.
- Gambling
- Smoking
- Drinking
- Guns & explosives
- Illegal content.
- Drugs, dope or narcotics
- Smuggling
- Pimping or procuring
- Other criminal activities
- Violent content.
- Blood and gore of human beings, animals or fantasy characters
- Killing of human beings, animals or fantasy characters
- Deliberate injury to human beings, animals or fantasy characters
- Deliberate damage to objects
- Pornographic content.
- Precarious, suspicious or doubtful content.
- Racism
- Agitation or demagogy
- Child labor
- Cosmetics
- Dieting substances, equipments or courses
- Bodybuilding/sport substances or equipments
- Adult language.
- Explicit sexual
- Crude
- Profanity toward individual or group of people (especially minority groups)
- Expletives
- Rough or rude language
- Commercial site (an exception to the rule is small-business of a couple of people or a family).
- Sites not having a separate section for awards won.
- Less than 5 pages of content (other than an award program, navigations and links).
- Loud and irrelevant usage of animated graphics.
- Too many spelling errors or a poor grammatical structure (the native language of an applicant will be taken, within bounds, into consideration).
- Too many errors in coding (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.).
- Too many broken links (max. 2/page allowed, will be checked with Xenu Link Sleuth).
- More than 1 forced pop-up/pop-under per page. The quantity of onclick-pops is not limited.
- Horizontal scrolling at 800x600 resolution, unless best viewed clearly mentioned.
- No possibility to turn off the background music.
- Flash only site (at the moment, I'm not capable of evaluate flash only sites).
- No possibility to skip the flash intro.
- No possibility to check the source by right-clicking.
- Registration, user-id and/or password required to access the site.
- Re-applying within 60 days (also upgrade).
